1. Who operates this website

CalculateKro, available at https://calculatekro.in, is operated by Sanu Tech Innovation LLP. It is part of the Sanu Tech Innovation LLP group. Our contact address and email are provided at the end of this policy. This policy describes this website, not other independently operated services.

2. Calculator inputs and results

The calculator code performs calculations in your browser. It does not submit your amounts, dates, measurements or results to our server, add those inputs to page URLs, or save calculation histories. Copy, CSV and print actions are initiated by you; their outputs are created on your device.

Browser autofill, clipboard synchronisation, backups, printing services and other features provided by your browser or operating system are outside the calculator code. Consider those settings when entering or sharing information.

3. Saved tools and local storage

When you press a save/bookmark button, we store a list of calculator identifiers under the ck-saved-tools key in your browser’s local storage. The list is used only to display your saved tools on that device. It does not contain calculator input values or your name, email or financial details.

You can remove an individual saved tool, use the clear-saved-tools control on our Cookie Policy page, or clear site storage in your browser. Preferences persist until you remove them or your browser clears them. Saving tools is optional.

4. Hosting and technical information

When you request a page, hosting and network providers may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, response status and security events. This supports page delivery, troubleshooting, reliability and abuse prevention. It is distinct from sending calculator inputs.

Technical records may be handled under hosting-provider settings and retention practices. The calculator code does not set a fixed server-log retention period. Contact us for information about relevant records or a privacy request.

5. When you contact us

If you choose to email contact@calculatekro.in, we receive the email address you send from, your message and any information or attachments you include. We use that correspondence to respond, investigate reported issues and maintain necessary support or business records.

The contact page uses email links; it does not silently send a form in the background. Your email application and email providers process the message when you choose to send it. Please do not include passwords, financial account credentials, identity documents or sensitive health information.

6. Advertising, cookies and third-party services

Advertising may be enabled on selected content pages. Where Google advertising is active, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure and, where allowed and applicable, personalise advertising using visits to this and other websites. Technical information such as browser details, IP address, ad interactions and consent signals may be processed by those providers.

Ad placements are labelled Advertisement and are separate from calculator controls. The calculator code does not send input values as ad parameters or analytics events. Where required for serving Google ads, a Google-certified consent management platform must provide consent choices. Our ordinary saved-tools control is not an advertising consent platform. When a consent message is available, use its options to manage or withdraw your choices. Browser cookie controls also remain available.

7. Sharing and processing

We do not sell the calculator input values handled by the tools. Service providers involved in hosting, email, security and enabled advertising may process information needed for their roles. We may also disclose relevant information when required by applicable law, to respond to lawful requests or to protect people, rights and the service.

Providers may process data in countries different from yours. Their applicable terms, protections and processing arrangements govern their services. Do not send information through email that you would not want processed by email providers.

8. Retention and security

Calculator values are not retained by the tool after the current browser session except for copies, downloads, printouts or browser-managed features you choose to use. Saved-tool preferences remain until cleared. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain necessary records, resolve issues and satisfy applicable obligations.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no website, device or email transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. Exact technical log and support-record retention can depend on operational and legal requirements. Contact us for a specific request.

9. Your choices and requests

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or complaints about personal data. Send privacy enquiries to contact@calculatekro.in. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify a request, without requesting passwords.

You may use calculators without saving tools, clear browser preferences, manage available advertising choices, and avoid sending sensitive information through email. We will assess requests under applicable requirements and explain relevant limitations where appropriate.

10. Children and sensitive information

This is a general-purpose calculator website, not a service designed to collect personal information from children. Adult BMI is limited to ages 20 and above. A parent or guardian who believes a child has emailed personal information can contact us to request review and appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features, providers or practices change. The effective and last-updated date shown on this page identifies this version. Material changes should be reflected in the notice before new processing features are introduced.
